I'm glad to say it's been a busy summer, but the blog is way overdue for an update.
So let's get right to it.
This slide show is of paintings by Nour Taher, art student at Concordia University. Demure in person, her art is bold and assured. Her brush strokes seem to effortlessly fall in the right place. Yet her work isn't over planned or rigid. It was a great pleasure to work with this aspiring young artist. One of the perks of my job is to watch artists evolve with each new piece. Can't wait to see what Nour will come up with next!
